Macadamia Pepita Granola

“I heard the most amazing cacophony of birdsong. Scores, if not hundreds, of birds, were wheeling and singing as if in ecstasy at the sunrise,” a traveller wrote about his stay in Capri.

I was sitting at the dining table as I heard the most amazing cacophony of crackling granola in my oven. Scores, if not hundreds, of granola clusters, were screeching and whistling as if in ecstasy at the excitement of being used as toppers for a million different breakfasts.

Doesn’t this picture of a condensation-covered nice cream bowl just scream, “Humidity?!” The joys of Singapore ahha!
